Step 1: Select products

Method 2: Enter the product name in the GetCnBuy search box and select from the recommended products on Taobao, Tmall, and 1688
Step 2: Submit the purchasing request
Method 1: GetCnBuy supports the information retrieval of 99% of Taobao/Tmall/1688 products. You can directly select the product color, size, and quantity, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now"
Method 2: When purchasing products on the aforementioned platform, if you encounter the "Fill in Purchase Order Page", you need to manually fill in the product order information and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now"
Step 3: Pay for the product
Submit a purchasing order, select a payment method, and pay the product price and shipping fee to Chinese Mainland
- Support multiple currency payments, including foreign currencies and RMB,
- The supported foreign currency payment methods include: international credit card, WeChat, Alipay, domestic bank card, bank transfer, Bitcoin, and RMB multi-currency payment,
- Fill in the shipping country and remarks regarding your purchase needs. If you require value-added services, you can check the corresponding services. After verifying that everything is correct, submit the order.
Step 4: GetCnBuy starts purchasing on behalf
The buyer will contact the seller for you to place an order for the product
- During the order purchasing process, you can contact the buyer through "Order Inquiry" to supplement the detailed requirements. If necessary, the buyer will contact you via in-site message/email to complete or confirm the information
Step 5: GetCnBuy warehouse inspection
After receiving and inspecting the goods, they will be weighed and stored. Once stored, the goods will be displayed in "My Account" - "My Warehouse"
- Upon receipt and storage, we conduct rigorous and professional inspections, and take photos of the actual goods for your review. If any issues are found, we will promptly notify you and assist in resolving them
- Next, you can submit the products that have been stocked for shipment overseas (steps 6~9) or purchase more products and submit them for shipment together (repeat steps 1~5, and then continue with steps 6~9)
- Our warehouse provides 120 days of free storage
- Combining and shipping more items overseas will save on international shipping fees
Step 6: Submit the package
In "My Warehouse", select the item and click "Submit Package", fill in the overseas recipient's address information, and choose from the recommended delivery methods
- Some products are subject to mailing restrictions, and not all logistics routes can deliver them. We have screened out available delivery methods for you, and you can choose from them
- We provide services such as unpacking, reinforcement, and insurance. If necessary, we will package according to your requirements
Select a payment method, pay the international shipping deposit and customs clearance fee
- The international shipping deposit is calculated based on the estimated weight of the goods, the chosen shipping method, and the shipping destination
- The final shipping cost will be based on the package volume and weight verified by the carrier. The difference from the deposit will be refunded to your Superbuy account after shipment
Step 8: GetCnBuy ships the goods
Consolidate and package the goods, reinforce the package, weigh and ship
- After shipment, you can view the logistics information in "My GetCnBuy" - "My Parcels"
Step 9: Wait for delivery
View the logistics track in the package list page and follow the progress of the package delivery
- During the international parcel delivery process, there is a certain probability of unexpected situations occurring, such as delays, confiscation, taxation, damage, loss, etc
- GetCnBuy cannot control and avoid service quality issues and unexpected situations that may arise from third-party logistics providers and customs in various countries, but we adhere to the service philosophy of putting our users first
- GetCnBuy will provide advance notifications and reminders based on the conditions of each route and country, and will assist you to the best of our abilities in case of any issues
Finally: confirm receipt and evaluation to earn points
After receiving the package, confirm receipt in "My GetCnBuy" - "My Packages"; if there are any issues, you can submit an after-sales application on the corresponding package slip
- If you leave a review and share your purchase photo upon receipt, you will receive points, which can be used to offset international shipping fees
